“The area is about 2,1ha and it locates along the Cua Can river, in which landscape is mostly original with Melaleuca trees, muddy soil. With these characters, the key points underpin the design are respecting and optimizing its distinguishing nature. In order to do this, we remain the original landscape and putting new elements thoughtfully, that ensuring all becomes a whole.”
Subdiving single block and we locate bungalow within each block boundary that efficiently for the potential property purchase but still remains the harmony in landscape
And here we are! A masterplan of a whole but meets all the needs : subdivision and farmstay model.
As we put respectation and optimization for the nature as the keys.
Organic Pool works well with these approaches , It is a smart system which uses plants and soils as the water filter and it offers the nature ambiance nicely.
